Malossi had a strong desire to combine the glorious C.V.F. thermal groups with the and the reed valve fuel systems that have been the focal point of the evolution of mopeds, a series of special exhausts: the new TOO BAD exhausts, sports exhaust systems, recalculated, with a modern and aggressive line, very high performance.

Technical Features

Silenced exhaust system, complete with additional regenerable terminal silencer.

Expansion chamber with P04 steel connections and reinforcements.

Transparent silicone paint resistant to high temperatures.

Aluminum silencer, anodized Nitro blue.

Exhaust system complete with connections, collars, screws and every part necessary for assembly, perfectly interchangeable with the original without the need for any modification.

NB: for cylinders with standard Ø 22 connection, if this muffler is mounted in combination with BIG D.E.P.S. thermal units, a small modification to the additional connections is necessary.
