PERFECT TAKE Polini has created a series of sealing rings (oil seal) for the most common models of mopeds and scooters in circulation. Perfectly interchangeable with the originals, they can be mounted both on the crankshaft and on the primary shafts of the CVT transmissions. Made of FKM (fluorocarbon rubber) to withstand the highest thermal stress, they have the sealing lip coated with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene); this feature, in addition to making them more durable than standard sealing rings, means that they have a significantly lower coefficient of friction thus ensuring less dispersion due to friction and at the same time maintaining lower temperatures.
