The new Polini variator for Piaggio Vespa 125 4T in the original version has been designed and studied to increase performance at a highly competitive price compared to the Evolution model.
The Polini variator for Piaggio improves engine performance as it guarantees stronger acceleration and at the same time smooth speed progression.
The pin is made of chrome-nickel steel and is characterized by a very low friction coefficient: it stands out for the highly advanced carbon-based DLC treatment with innovative technology specific for racing and aeronautical applications intended for sliding and high-wear components.
The large internal pocket of the pin acts as a grease reservoir, inside which a special spring is positioned which allows constant distribution of the grease on the pin even in the most demanding conditions of use.
