This new system is based on the new Multivar MHR Next variator, which, combined with the other components, allows you to achieve truly unique performances!
The torque driver (mobile pulley) has a larger diameter than the original and, with its absolutely cutting-edge technological characteristics, allows for a significantly higher transmission ratio excursion compared to the original pulley.
Malossi technicians have taken care of the creation of this pulley down to the smallest detail, using special materials and a particular thermochemical treatment which gives it very high resistance to wear and high mechanical resistance.
In order to fully exploit the range of the new torque corrector unit and the powers currently available on racing vehicles, the new Malossi X K Belt MHR toothed belt has been introduced which ensures maximum performance in all operating conditions.
The OVER RANGE is completed by the fixed half-pulley with diamond processing on the sliding surface of the belt and with a recalculated angle to further increase the shifting range.
Finally, for the complete completion of the OVER RANGE system, the torsion controller is provided.
