Malossi staff has worked to further improve one of its must-have products, the real point of reference for all T-maxists: the legendary Multivar MHR for Yamaha T Max!
Multivar MHR Next was born from the desire to renew the transmission system to take full advantage of its exceptional technical characteristics. This new variator, developed from the many years of experience acquired on racing circuits and from the Cad-Cam technology available today, represents the evolution of previous generations of variators and offers performance results at the highest levels.
As clearly highlighted by the shifting curve, the work of the technicians focused on further widening the variator's operating range, in particular the short gear, thus obtaining even more acceleration and pick-up and improving the linearity of shifting, while maintaining almost the engine speed remains unchanged throughout the shifting phase of the variator.
Malossi has outdone itself! We have further reduced the tolerances between hub and bushing, reducing roughness to a minimum, to obtain a truly unsurpassed variator!

Supplied with two different sets of rollers and two shims that allow you to vary the speed of the shift curve of your scooter, perfectly adjusting its speed and pickup.
NB: To further improve performance, we recommend combining it with the new X K Belt MHR (art. 6114674).
With a variator of such technical sophistication, do not be surprised if your scooter acquires a click, a linear shifting, greater mechanical "tranquility" when driving at high speeds and a constant performance unknown to the basic version.
Dekra Certification GmbH has certified that Malossi, in the production of complete variators - CVT groups, has introduced and effectively applies a quality management system that complies with the requirements of German and international road traffic law (KBA).
