Controlling the operating temperature of an engine is of fundamental importance. It is not enough just to know how many degrees the engine is working at, but it is essential to be able to vary its temperature according to the different operating conditions.
Malossi understood this need and created HEAT MASTER, an electronic control system to be used alongside the ENERGY PUMP, capable of regulating the engine temperature in real time.
HEAT MASTER can be installed on many different types of scooters, both two-stroke and four-stroke, and its functions can be varied by using the trimmers positioned on its control unit with extreme simplicity. By selecting the ENERGY PUMP operating settings from a series of presets, we will set the minimum and maximum temperatures and the alarms to be provided to the pilot while driving.
Through its HEAT MONITOR, which can be easily installed next to the on-board instrumentation, it will in fact be possible to check the operating temperature at which you want the engine to work.
HEAT MASTER turns on together with your engine and thanks to its sensors regulates the operation of ENERGY PUMP in real time, varying its rpm to adjust the coolant flow rate and thus keep the engine temperature within the parameters set by the pilot.
Even if the sensor is damaged, HEAT MASTER guarantees maximum reliability, detecting the fault and automatically setting the ENERGY PUMP to maximum power. Shutdown is strictly manual, to guarantee cooling even in the event of irregular engine operation.
