Polini Motori presents the Maxi Hi-Speed for the SYM 300 cc Joymax, Cruisym, HD and Joyride 4T Euro 5 scooters.
The performance of the engine improves both in pick up and in extension thanks to the numerous technical features of the Maxi Hi-Speed Polini variator.
Piston pin in nickel-chromium steel characterized by a very low coefficient of friction: it stands out for the highly advanced carbon-based DLC treatment with innovative specific technology for racing and aeronautical applications intended for sliding and high-wear components.
The large internal pocket of the piston pin acts as a grease reservoir, inside which a special spring is positioned which allows constant distribution of the grease on the piston pin even under conditions of use
more burdensome.
With this feature of the Polini variator for Sym 300 Euro 5 the efficiency remains constant and it is no longer necessary to continuously modify the calibration of the rollers to find the best efficiency.
Supplied complete with contrast spring with a 23% greater hardness than the original, it raises the engine rotation speed when starting.
The inside of the roller tracks have undergone a polishing treatment to improve sliding.
The rolls of 14.2 gr. they are covered with a blend of nylon and aramid fiber material.
