Malossi ignition with internal rotor Mhr Team II with cone diameter 20 mm
ATTENTION: with this type of ignition the vehicle's electrical system is excluded.
The MHR Team II range is equipped with a non-remappable variable advance control unit with 3 trimmers:
the first (MAPS) to determine the selection of the advance map
the second (OFFSET) allows to move the selected map + or - 2 °
the third (LIM) indicated especially for 4-stroke engines, allows you to vary the intervention of the rev limiter (from 11,500 to 14,300 Rpm + limiter excluded)
It is also equipped with 8 preset mappings which are divided into:
-7 for 2T engines variable advance
-1 with fixed advance
High voltage coil
- Maximum discharge voltage> 40 KV for engine rotation speeds> 3000 Rpm
- Maximum peak open gap coil voltage> 50KV
-Rise time @ 10bar> 1750V / uS
Rotor-stator group
- Weight reduction of the stator part of about 30%, total -100gr.
- High permeability monolithic magnetic circuit.
-Optimization of the magnetic path.
- Strengthening of the wound part, with a cable of higher thermal class and an increase in the diameter of the wire.
-Electric efficiency improved by + 20%.
-Reduction of the minimum starting speed from 450 Rpm to 370 Rpm.
- Miniature waterproof connector, IP67 certified, with retention lock.
-Automotive class wiring.
