Polini fan cover spacer thickness 3 for Vespa small frame.
The Polini fan casing spacer for Vespa small frame was created to prevent the fan fins from hitting the conveyor cover following the replacement of the flywheel / ignition with tuning components.
A remedy often used to overcome this problem is to place washers under the outer cover. This solution, however, leaves a gap on the periphery of the casing, significantly reducing the cooling air flow.
With the Polini fan casing spacer, this inconvenience is avoided while ensuring an optimal air flow for cooling the engine.
The spacer is made of stainless steel to resist corrosion and prevent deformation and is supplied complete with 3 screws longer than the originals to compensate for the added thickness, ensuring optimal thread grip.
