The Malossi engine crankcase range is enriched with a new and precious jewel: Air Force, the new transmission crankcase cover compatible with horizontal Yamaha Minarelli engines. It is called Air Force because its strength is, at the same time, to allow the introduction of a greater mass of air, conveying it precisely on the transmission components, and to increase the capacity for extracting hot air. The resulting advantage is a significant reduction in the temperature of the Over Range compartment and, consequently, greater stability and duration of the transmission. Made by die-casting, Air Force, with its structure, greatly increases the mechanical resistance of the whole assembly, perfecting a precise and dynamic driving feeling. Its internal shape finally makes it possible to obtain all the space necessary for the clutch bell in the rear area, significantly increasing the volume available for the transmission and, at the same time, considerably reducing the lateral dimensions compared to the standard transmission casing.
