The V-One was designed for those who want a perfectly replaceable crankcase with the original, supplied with all the components necessary for assembly, and which allows maximum interchangeability with the components on the market. The V-One lends itself to being used both for a complete restoration, as it does not require any modification of the vehicle and adapts to all original Piaggio parts, and for a simple "refresh" that gives a pinch of liveliness to the engine with a 'moderate processing like that offered by our Ø 68.5 heating unit, art. 3116346, which does not require any additional modifications.
The main seats are designed to accept the original bearings and crank oil seals (not supplied). V-One can be mounted with the original Dell'Orto Si 24-24 carburetor, in particular the assembly of the mixer is easy and is made possible by the special support pin, included and supplied already assembled. It is possible to use the original crankshaft or our rotating valve crankshaft with 57mm stroke art. 5316082. Whatever the choice, the power supply has in any case been revised and implemented thanks to our modern CAD systems which have profiled an inlet duct in the optimized crankcase.
