The TCM 50cc H2O 5-Port Cylinder Kit (code TCM3789) is designed for racing minibikes equipped with TCM or BZM engines, providing exceptional performance and durability.

Entirely Made in Italy, it features a chromed cylinder liner for improved heat dissipation and wear resistance.
The 5-port cylinder ensures optimized gas flow and combustion efficiency, ideal for competitive racing setups.

The included piston is treated with a special Italian surface coating to improve smoothness and reduce friction, available with flat or domed head.
The kit also includes the ring and circlips, and a recommended clearance of 0.05 mm between piston and cylinder for best performance.

The complete gasket kit for H2O engines includes:

• 1 exhaust gasket of selected diameter

• 5 cylinder base gaskets

• Full H2O head o-ring kit compatible with BZM / OR / TCM engines

For best results, it is recommended to pair this cylinder with the dedicated TCM racing head, designed to enhance compression and overall performance.
