These control units have a microswitch, which can be positioned as desired on your vehicle in a sheltered place, which activates the rev limiter of your engine. The number of revolutions at which the rev limiter intervenes can be adjusted according to the type of your engine. To adjust the speed at which it intervenes, referring to the odometer of your vehicle, and acting on the micropotentiometer on the control unit, it is possible to adapt the intervention point of the limiter. The adjustment potentiometer has a considerable sensitivity, so it is necessary during the adjustment phase to make very small rotations until reaching the insertion point of the limiter suitable for your scooter.
