Multiple shaft assembly with Malossi damper for Vespa 6718909
Malossi code: 6718909
The gear wheels have been moved somewhat in the direction of the rotation axis to allow for a consistent spring support thickness. The newly designed springs are contained by a flange screwed to the axle.
Can be used with Malossi gears and/or with the original ones.
Made with special case-hardened steel, rectified. The shape of the gear differs from the original due to the design in the damper area.
The damper springs have a square section for better performance in the smallest space and are shot peened for maximum fatigue resistance.
The transmission ratio has changed compared to the original by shortening the 4th gear.
Gear wheels with Z 12-13-17-20.
