Polini Motori presents the new Evolution kit with rotary valve intake for Vespa 125 Primavera ET3.
An absolute novelty tested not only on the test bench and in the racing department, but also by the Polini Team on the occasion of the 500 km Endurance in Pomposa, which confirms its reliability and resistance under high stress situations. It has very high power characteristics in all conditions of use and in all types of competition.
The Evolution kit with rotary valve intake can be mounted on all types of Vespa 125 with a crankshaft measuring the same as the original. A Polini crankshaft code 210.0033 is also available with a connecting rod machined from solid, advanced and balanced to be mounted while maintaining the original 51mm stroke.
In addition to the original manifold, it is possible to mount Polini manifolds with 2 or 3 holes according to your crankcase. Furthermore, a manifold has been specially developed to be combined with the Polini PWK carburettors available in sizes 24/26/28.
To obtain maximum performance, assembly with the Polini For Race muffler code 200.0424 is recommended.

The cylinder is cast in cast iron, with a 58mm diameter bore. Very "racing" distribution diagram. Six racking ports. The piston, gravity cast in light alloy, is equipped with two chromed S10 cast iron segments. The head is cast in a single piece and to increase heat dissipation, additional fins have also been created under the surface of the head. The compression ratio has been designed to obtain maximum performance.
