The Polini variator for Yamaha XMAX 125 2021 is supplied complete with a contrast spring characterized by 18% greater hardness than the original which raises the engine rotation speed in departures.

Included in the Polini variator kit for Yamaha XMAX 125 2021 a series of 8.2 grams rollers, covered with a mixture of nylon and aramid fibers. The inside of the roller sliding tracks have undergone a polishing treatment to improve sliding.

Pin in chromed and ground steel.

The half pulley is designed with different degrees to allow the belt to increase the excursion.
