Complete transmission group Malossi Over Range Mhr next Yamaha T Max 530 cc

This new system is based on the new Multivar MHR Next variator, which, combined with the other components, allows to achieve truly unique performances!

The torque driver (mobile pulley) has a larger diameter than the original and, with its absolutely avant-garde technological features, allows to obtain a significantly higher excursion of the transmission ratio compared to the original pulley.

Malossi technicians have taken care of the realization of this pulley down to the smallest detail, using special materials and a particular thermochemical treatment that gives it a very high resistance to wear and a high mechanical resistance.

The OVER RANGE is completed by the fixed half-pulley with diamond processing on the sliding surface of the belt and with a recalculated angle to further increase the shifting range.

Finally, for the complete completion of the OVER RANGE system, the torsion controller is provided.
