Polini Motori always attentive to market trends, launches on the market a Polini Special Edition kit for Derbi engines (D50B).

The Polini kit diameter 50 mm, for Derbi engine brings the displacement to 80 cc.

THE KIT 109.0016.1 INCLUDES:

Cylinder kit 109.0016.

Crankshaft 210.0053.

Bearings kit 282.0004.

The thermal group for Derbi engine Ø50 is in aluminum.

Crankshaft with connecting rod machined from solid.

The shaft overhaul kit is complete with bearings and oil seals. The crankshaft bearings are made of steel with a C4 nailed cage. The oil seals are made of FKM (fluorocarbon rubber) to resist the highest thermal stresses, they have a sealing lip coated in PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene); this feature, in addition to ensuring a longer life compared to standard ones, means that they have a significantly lower friction coefficient, thus ensuring less dispersion and at the same time maintaining lower temperatures.
