Rain cover for Ohvale air filter. Ohvale part number: 03.AS.0070.L Ohvale has produced a dedicated rain cover for the air filter for models using the Dell'orto PHBH 28 and PHBL 24 carburettor.
The Rain Cover was developed with the aim of protecting the air filter and reducing its exposure and any water infiltration due to extreme wet track conditions.
These extreme conditions can occur for:
- Incessant rains.
- Abundant quantity of water present on the track.
- Poorly draining asphalt.
- Dips or slopes that create pockets and streams of water.
In these cases, water could pass through the air filter and lead to irregular engine operation.
It is therefore recommended to use it only during these conditions and not to keep it mounted on the bike by default.
