Polini cylinder for Vespa 200 Pe Px. Polini code: 140.0232 .
The Polini cylinder with a diameter of 68.5 and a stroke of 60mm. it allows to increase the displacement to 221cc, made of aluminum it allows to better dispose of the heat by lowering the operating temperature in the most demanding uses.
The Polini cylinder for Vespa has been revisited by replacing the muffler fastening, obtained from fusion, with a one-piece steel manifold fixed to the cylinder with 4 screws.
The piston is completely redesigned with large passages on the skirt, to facilitate the feeding of the transfer ducts.
The shape of the sky is optimized to increase resistance and cooling.
The head with increased finning on the entire surface allows for maximum heat dispersion. The dome is entirely machined and coupled with a copper gasket to improve performance and optimize cooling; the dowel pins with the cylinder allow for a constant squish area over the entire diameter of the cylinder.
The Polini aluminum cylinder kit for Vespa code 140.0232 increases performance by 6%, compared to the same engine speed compared to the previous model code 140.0084.
