Malossi Maxi Fly System clutch and bell

System consisting of:

-Reinforced clutch for heavy road use (Fly Clutch)

-more bell in steel DC04 (Clutch Bell) dynamically balanced.

Fly System: two items that Malossi has been producing for some time and selling separately with great success.

The new Malossi proposal aims to guarantee superior quality through the combination of two valuable components that optimize the operation of the power transmission system of the scooters.

Given the strong interest in these two items, we decided to do something pleasing to our customers in proposing a box where both products can be enclosed.

This allows Malossi to supply two quality products in a single package and at a slightly lower price.

Fly Clutch is a reinforced centrifugal clutch created to easily overcome heavy duty such as, for example, frequent restarts on mountain routes, or in city traffic, studded with traffic lights, especially with a passenger on board, during the hot seasons as it becomes impossible to keep under I check the temperatures.

Fly has benefited enormously from the Malossi experience, the result of research and thousands of tests carried out in the field during scooter competitions.

Clutch Bell

Technical features

DC04 mild steel bell, obtained by cold forming;

Central hub in carbon steel obtained from bar and brought back by Tig welding;

Anti-vibration sheet molded and fixed by means of 3 welding points placed at 120 ° from each other;

Balancing performed 100% on the entire production;

Soft nitriding heat treatment.
