With the MULTIVAR MHR TEAM 2 variator, do not be surprised if your scooter will acquire a click, a linear shifting, greater mechanical "tranquility" when driving at high speeds and a constant performance unknown to the basic version!

TECHNICAL NOTES:

The bushing is the contact point between the half-pulley and the variator hub and must slide radially and axially without undergoing deformation.

With this in mind, we have improved the entire apparatus using case-hardened and ground steel bushings, both on the internal and external diameter, and, thanks to the use of 2 oil seals, the lubricating grease present in a tank touches the walls of the coupling. hub bushing ensuring minimum friction in any condition, as well as maximum efficiency performance.

Even the 22 mm variator hub has been improved in design: in fact, holes have been made that join the internal and external chambers for the flow of grease and increase lubrication.

This technology also makes it possible to reduce tolerances and, consequently, all coupling clearances are also perfected and optimized.

Inside the variator kit there is a mobile half-pulley with a diameter of 99.5 made of a special die-cast aluminum alloy.

The contact surface between pulley and belt has been finished with a diamond tool with extreme precision to ensure a constant coefficient of friction, calculated to prevent slippage of the belt and, at the same time, to avoid premature wear.

In order to meet all the requirements of the countless possible calibrations in a racing vehicle, depending on the tracks and the specific engine set-up, Multivar MHR is supplied with two sets of 6-roller kits and a contrast spring. in pre-hardened chromium-silicon alloy steel with anti-clockwise winding (racing). In addition, different springs of the same class with differentiated load are available as options.
