The Ohvale GP-5 250cc 4-stroke with ZS RR250 engine is a MiniGP developed for track use, combining an advanced chassis with high-level racing components.
This version of the GP-5 is powered by the ZS RR250, a 249.8cc liquid-cooled, 4-stroke single-cylinder engine featuring a DOHC double overhead camshaft and 4-valve configuration.
The engine has a 13.4:1 compression ratio, with a bore of 78 mm and a stroke of 52.3 mm.
Fuel is supplied through Dell'Orto electronic fuel injection with a 46 mm throttle body, while ignition management is handled by a Dell'Orto ECU. Electric starting is standard.
The transmission features a 5-speed gearbox with a standard 18-36 final drive ratio and #420 chain. An upshift quickshifter is available as an option.
The GP-5 features a hydraulically operated wet multi-plate clutch, while an STM slipper clutch is available as an option.
The standard configuration features a dedicated Arrow exhaust system with twin silencers and DB Killers.
A dedicated Akrapovič exhaust system with twin silencers and DB Killers is available as an option.
The GP-5 features an aluminium perimeter frame.
At the front, fully adjustable OHRACING Ø35 mm upside-down forks provide adjustment for spring preload, compression damping and rebound damping.
At the rear, an aluminium swingarm with linkage is combined with an OHRACING rear shock, adjustable for spring preload, compression and rebound damping.
An Öhlins TTX rear shock is available as an option.
An adjustable OHRACING steering damper is also available as an option.
The front braking system features twin Ø240 mm brake discs, a Brembo GP4-Mini radial caliper with four Ø24 mm pistons, and a Brembo 15 RCS radial master cylinder.
At the rear, the GP-5 features a Ø190 mm disc, a Brembo caliper with two Ø32 mm pistons, and a Brembo master cylinder with integrated reservoir.
